The app isn't code-signed yet, so Windows shows two standard warnings for independent software. Both are expected: three clicks and you're in.
Open the ··· menu on the download and choose Keep (in Edge you may need “Show more” first).
Click More info. This screen appears for any app without a paid certificate. It isn't a virus verdict.
Click Run anyway. The app installs itself and opens. From then on, updates are automatic and warning-free.
